We keep our databases contained within our own systems and all the personal data we process is manually processed by our staff in the UK. The GCSE Practicals Simulator application itself does not in any way record or store any personal information. We obtain personal data from feedback form fills via this website who have contacted us directly about feedback or enquiries. Individuals we contact using obtained data will be exclusively when there has been consent to contact and explicit interest in the GCSE Practicals Simulator mobile application or web application.

Why do we need it?

We collect data to have the opportunity to contact the users GCSE Practicals Simulator for further feedback and to inform them of updates. Our only of communication is email, only to respond to feedback form fills. Details on our database are your name and your email address along with your feedback message. Please let us know if you would prefer any of these details not to be kept on our records here. You have the right to message us about this at any point.

How long we keep it?

We retain records until they are requested for removal by the individual or if we are notified that our communications are no longer being received. Please allow 2-3 working days for details to be removed or amended. Any decision making we conduct will be in the interests of our customers, allowing only the most relevant emails to land in your inbox.
